Katherine is a Registered Online Dietitian, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor with a first-class Undergraduate and Masters’s degree from Kings College London.

She’s here to help strip the nonsense, so you can feel better in your body. She coaches you away from regularly stress, comfort and emotional eating, and towards finding a more sustainable approach to nutrition.

Common Questions

How long will it take?

A: The recorded webinars vary in length from 11 minutes to 45-minutes with a workbook and homework outside of these. Setting aside 1-hour a week will be a good amount of time to get started with this, however, the course materials will be available for you to access ongoing for you to move at your own pace.

Is this suitable if I have an eating disorder?

This course is not appropriate for people with active eating disorders. If you are suffering from an eating disorder, or have suffered from one in the past you must have express permission from your GP or care provider to embark on this course. Although this course is intended to help heal your relationship with food and eating, for some it may be triggering for any underlying disordered eating – if at any point you feel you are suffering, you must inform me immediately to ensure you seek the appropriate care. Can I get a refund if I do not find it useful?

Intuitive Eating is not a weight loss tool, it’s a non-diet approach to having a healthy relationship to food. The course will aim to help you understand more about your eating behaviours, emotional eating and begin to improve your relationship with food. The process is designed to escape the diet trap so that you can find your natural weight for life.

What is Intuitive Eating?

The approach I use is an evidenced-based self-care framework called Intuitive eating. It is designed to help people break out of a negative relationship with food and to have a healthier body image.

It’s a process of learning to honour your health by listening and responding to the direct messages of your body.  This helps you to meet your physical and mental needs based on YOUR terms. Basically, making you the boss of you! This means no relying on external tools such as the time of day, points systems, calorie tracking, rules or meal plans to show you the way – sounds exciting right? 

It now has over 120 studies to support its use to improve health and wellbeing. It’s not a fad, and it’s not a diet. It’s a set of 10 principles developed to help you build up trust in listening to your own body to tell you whatwhen and how much to eat. 

This course will touch on some of the principles of Intuitive Eating that relate to emotional eating. 

Is this suitable for healthcare professionals?
