    I found this e-book on Katherine’s instagram feed, where I was already picking up useful and sensible tips for healthy eating without going hungry. I was desperate for some real nutrition help and advice from a trustworthy and qualified source, so this was ideal.

    This book has helped me with practical tips to learn to listen to my body – to eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. After years of being in an exhausting cycle of depriving myself and then overeating, I finally feel happy around food and I trust I will reach a comfortable and healthy weight this way. For the first time in 20 years, I’m not searching for the next regime or diet!
